This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the mobile application Fithy: Home Workout (“App”) and related services offered through https://fithy.app (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by the team behind Fithy, with primary contact at sugarappletech@gmail.com. The App is a workout and home fitness application. Creating an account is optional; you may use portions of the App without signing in.

We do not operate our own backend servers for core app data beyond what third-party providers (for example, Google Firebase) supply. We do not use push notifications as part of the Service.

Information is shared only as described in this policy—with analytics, advertising, subscription, and cloud providers that help us run the Service, or when required by law.

The App may display ads served by Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and their advertising partners. Those services may use advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and interaction data to deliver and measure ads.
Personalized ads may be shown when permitted by your device or platform (for example, tracking or personalization choices on iOS, or advertising ID settings on Android). You can limit ad tracking or reset advertising identifiers in your device settings. You may also see in-app or platform-level options related to ads where provided by the operating system or ad networks.
EU users: where applicable, consent or choices for advertising may be presented through mechanisms required in your region (for example, a consent message coordinated with our ad partners).
Premium features may be offered as paid subscriptions. Apple App Store and Google Play process payments; we do not receive your full payment card number. RevenueCat helps us verify subscription status, manage entitlements, and related subscription events. RevenueCat’s processing is described in its privacy policy linked above.

App data may be stored on your device, synced through Firebase services, and—if you use it—Google Drive, as implemented in the App. Analytics, crash reports, ads, and subscription status involve processing on third-party infrastructure.
We rely on reputable providers and reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Some analytics or log data may be retained by third parties according to their retention practices. Locally stored data remains on your device until you remove it or uninstall the App, subject to your backup or sync settings.
You can delete the App from your device, which removes locally stored data on that device (subject to any separate cloud or Drive copies).
To request deletion of account-associated data processed through Firebase or our providers, or for help removing synced fitness data tied to your account, contact sugarappletech@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and consistent with applicable law. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes (for example, aggregated or de-identified analytics, or records of transactions as required by tax or accounting rules).
Revoking Sign in with Apple or disconnecting Google from the App may limit access but may not automatically delete all copies of data already stored; use the contact above for a full deletion request if needed.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact sugarappletech@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your own. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
